Some things you’ll never understand until you get there
Think marriage, might end up with a decent pair
Contemplation the after not the before
The antes, wish I’d learn more
Tomorrow is promised, you just might not see it
By natural or ill will you ask for
A higher power to intercede it
Can serenity surface in calamity
The insuation is rest in peace
Father forgive them, for they know not what they do
It was a preparation, though real life happens after school
My thoughts is, you saw the gold streets
Why go back there where there’s no peace
We all have a part to play
Might end up being a short scene
Looking for answers to questions
Like the latest word search
Sympathy goes out cause we know
It hurts
Can’t come up with words no more
A few moments of silence
When you meet up with the other homies
